15 Mind tips - Give your min a break

It was found that the average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day.

Of those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. Ouch...

What is the result of a tired/overwhelmed mind? - repetitive negative thoughts that create negative emotions, sometimes even "thought loops", you are always thinking the same things - tiredness - anxiety or depression that can lead to physical pains and diseases - low creativity, incapacity to find solutions to everyday challenges or to create new things - feeling of being stuck in some areas of your life - low productivity, it's difficult to focus and do one thing at the time - problem in your relationships, it's difficult to listen to others, sometimes you can even speak too much and too fast

What can you do about it?

- take screen break/ screen detox, our brains are overwhelmed with the number of contents we see every day. - spend time in nature. - enjoy alone time & silence. - meditate, the best way to quiet your mind! - do breathing exercises. - do more of what you are passionate about. - eat healthily, detox your body, if your body is intoxicated, your mind probably is as well - declutter your place, computer, closet. if there is clutter around you, there is clutter in your mind. - take time to relax, doing nothing, yes there is value in that!

And after your brain vacation, if you want to have new thoughts, ideas, creativity?

- do something new, try new things. - listen, read new content out of your comfort zone. - hangout with new/uplifting/different people. - challenge your mind with questions - take a physical perspective to create a mind perspective, go to watch a sunset, a viewpoint, a wide landscape.. - chill, chill & chill, your best ideas come from a relaxed state.
