I don't just guide the path
I've walked it.
Since 2017, I’ve been guiding people from all over the world through emotional healing, somatic integration, and conscious transformation.
My approach brings together NLP, Generative Coaching, somatic practices, belief work, parts work, nervous system regulation and meditative tools — combining emotion, body and mind in an intuitive and deeply human way.
My work connects the body’s intelligence, intuitive listening, and nature’s wisdom, with an international vision shaped by years of travel and living abroad, and my background in management and conscious leadership.
But beyond any method, my path is lived. I have walked through grief, liberation, and rebirth — on islands, in ceremony, in silence — and I know what it means to reclaim your inner freedom and creative power.
After many years abroad, I hold a deep reverence for the sacred present in every culture and landscape.
Every tool I share has carried me through my own passages.
