When I decided to go to catering school and work in a restaurant, people told me I was courageous.
When I decided to travel alone in Asia, people said I was courageous.
When I went for lunch alone at a restaurant — just because I wanted to eat out — people said I was courageous.
When I chose to live on an island and become a coach, people said I was courageous.
Now that I’ve decided to return to France, people are still telling me I’m courageous.
Courage is such an interesting thing.
What feels courageous for one person might feel completely ordinary to another.
There’s no perfect place.
There’s pain and pleasure wherever you are.
You just have to choose the kind of pain you’re willing to accept or tolerate —because it allows you to receive so much pleasure, alignment, and expansion in other areas.
That’s what truly supports your evolution.
It takes courage to practice self-love.
To live on purpose.
To want to create a positive impact.
To choose to be happy.
To choose to be fulfilled.
Maybe… it does take courage.
But sometimes, it’s not just courage that you need — it’s a shift.
A shift in perception.
Perception of yourself, perception of the situation, perception of the possibilities.
A vision of what you want to become + a shift in the way you see obstacles + a little bit of courage.
